It's one of the best parts of Thanksgiving- after dinner is over, packing up all of the leftover turkey and side dishes to be eaten over the next few days. There are many unique ways to finish your leftovers, so we have compiled a list of some of our favorite recipes to clean out the fridge in the days following Turkey Day! Make a Casserole: Perhaps the easiest way to use all of your leftovers is to layer them one by one into a casserole dish and bake!

Pile it high on a Sandwich: Sandwiches and paninis are the perfect vehicle for your leftovers. Layer turkey, mayonnaise and vegetables (along with some stuffing!) onto buttered whole grain bread, then toss it in the skillet for a few minutes to brown. Serve with cranberry dressing or gravy on the side!

Turkey Noodle Soup: Reinvent your favorite chicken noodle soup recipe with tender chunks of both white and dark meat turkey, fresh vegetables and egg noodles. Serve with a toasted leftover dinner roll for a light lunch or dinner.

Stuffing Muffins: Combine leftover stuffing and turkey into a mixture of eggs and milk, then bake in a muffin tin for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. These handful-sized muffins are the perfect lunch on the go!

Mashed Potato & Stuffing Pancakes: Not quite a pancake but more of a patty, these are savory and perfect for that comfort food feeling! Mix leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes and turkey together with 2 beaten eggs and onion, then form into patties and pan-fry (or bake!) to a crispy golden brown.
